· Operates effectively as a member of the development team.
· Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround
of enhancements and adjustments.
· Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on
time and in high quality.
· Responsible for the development of web applications and
components.
· Work with team from India and act as point of contact for
one or more projects.
· Develop the Dot-Net code (UI to Database level - MVC) using
designated product technology architecture and frame works.
· Manage and lead project single handed and provide technical
design, coding assistance to the team to accomplish the project
deliverables as planned/scoped.
· Perform Research and Development on newest technical
components.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Proficiency in C#.net or ASP.net, OOPS, Ajax, SQL
Server-2005, 2008
· Should be well versed with Data Structures & algorithms,
Multithreading and optimization techniques
· Should have capabilities to develop the core
modules/components and should also have experience in one or more
complete life cycle modules.
· Should have working experience in multiple operating
systems,
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, motivational,
and facilitation skills
· Sound understanding of client deliverables and the ability
to take responsibility for them
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative,
